Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

The service

WorkDesk is a subscription service for tracking work hours and activity. These terms apply to the company that signs up (the customer) and the people it invites.

Accounts

The customer is responsible for who it invites, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for telling its employees what WorkDesk records, as the law where they work requires.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed for the period shown when you subscribe. A free trial ends after its stated length; after a plan ends, company admins keep read-only access until it is renewed.

Acceptable use

Do not use WorkDesk to record people without the notice or consent the law requires, to break the law, or to disrupt the service.

Your data

The customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and the customer can export it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WorkDesk available and may change features over time. We will give notice of changes that materially affect you.

Ending

You can stop using WorkDesk at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
